We will never forget how enthusiastic she was about Latinas in Miss Universe. Prior to this exotic beauty sets foot on the Miss Universe carpet, Latina beauties seemed daunting to our Puteris. They were even regarded as a big enemy because they are veterans in pageant.
2008 was the pivotal moment for the whole Puteri Indonesia, because Putri Raemawasti (2007's title-holder) has decided to make friends with Latinas and took a controversial step by wearing a bikini! And oh, who weren't impressed with the way she shook out her purple dress and the way she walked with that orange bikini? Bet no one.
