I am very happy that my sentimental favorite, Renee Bull is finally breaking that famous curse! She is the first Delaware's rep that ever placed in the history of Miss USA pageant. She excelled both the Swimsuit and Evening Gown competitions, but sadly her performances were sidelined by the judges.
