Miss Universe Bahamas 2014
Q: Three words to describe yourself.
A: Bold, Determined, Loving.
Q: Tell me about your current preparations for Miss Universe 2014.
A: Right now the main focus is on maintaining my figure especially since I have a real love for good food!
Q: Do you agree or disagree with plastic surgery in beauty pageants and why?
A: My stance on plastic surgery is simply put... It should be something you genuinely want to do because you aren't satisfied with the way the creator made you but it should never be done because someone else wants you to do it or just to attain a title.
Q: What would you say if some people doubted your potential?
A: People have... and it never really affected my drive in a negative way. I use the positive and the negative to push me forward.
Q: What do you think about other Miss Universe 2014 delegates? Who do you think will be your strongest competitor?
A: I think they all are gorgeous women full of potential. I haven't sized anyone up but they all seem to be very strong in my opinion. I'm looking forward to meeting and sharing this experience with them.
Q: What do you like most about your country?
A: Apart from the food? Hahaha. I love our beaches! It happens to be my favorite place. We are known to have the clearest waters and I can swim in pretty nice temperatures all the way until October!
Q: What is your life motto?
A: My life's motto is "Hakuna Matata" which means no worries. I have the symbol tattooed on my wrist as a constant reminder.
Q: Message to your fans and supporters.
A: I love and appreciate all of the support I've received thus far. I want to also encourage you to ALWAYS do what makes you happy and take full advantage of life's gifts and experiences.
